Seton Housing Market

This Seton real estate market is currently under construction and does not have a long history, but its future is expected to be bright. The real estate developers of Brookfield Residential have a 15-year plan for its construction. Their hope is to turn the neighbourhood into a dynamic urban district with residences, offices, schools and shopping centres.

The Seton neighbourhood will offer its residents a true city lifestyle since the developer plans to build 1,300 multi-family homes in it. Buyers will have the opportunity to select from a variety of Seton condos for sale. In addition to the modern condominiums, the community will boast retail and office space consisting of 2.5 million square feet, a regional park of 16 acres and a hotel with more than 200 rooms.

Seton Neighbourhood Amenities

The plan for the Seton neighbourhood is to become an alternative to downtown Calgary as a new urban centre offering amenities for living, working and entertainment in one place. It is expected that the amenities and services the neighbourhood will offer will be equivalent to the third largest city in Alberta.

There are plans to build a public high school and a public library to serve the new community. In addition to a business park, the neighbourhood will have several shopping districts. The regional retail district will have basic amenities like grocery stores and banks plus restaurants. The design district will have shops that offer fashion and home decor products. Market Street will boast luxury boutiques and cafes. The community will have a Cineplex theatre featuring the most advanced entertainment technologies.

The 16-acre park will have a variety of recreational facilities including pathways for jogging and biking, sports fields and ponds. Home buyers in Seton will also have direct access to a recreation centre, which will offer a wide range of amenities and programs for different age groups. This is truly lined up to be an urban hub with everything in one place.
