Kincora Housing Market
Kincora real estate was developed in the early years of the 21st century, but its feel is decidedly ancient, and the name reflects that atmosphere quite accurately. The neighbourhood’s name is derived from the legends of Brian Boru, the mythical first king of Celtic Ireland. Kincora is the name of the fort Brian Boru rebuilt and strengthened in his fight against the Danes.
Today, the Kincora neighbourhood is the very opposite of a military stronghold. The serenity of the community can be easily felt, and further emphasized by the stone entry wall, the presence of a tower, and the numerous lanterned streetlights. It is one of the five Symons Valley communities.
As expected from such a recently established neighbourhood, the homes are mostly very new. Most Kincora homes are single-family detached with price tags in the mid-400’s to the high 500’s range. There is also a small multi-family townhouse complex in Kincora as well.
The homes in Kincora are ideal choices for families seeking modern housing in the midst of green spaces. Due to the close proximity of the NW ring road, the homes here offer very good value for the money.
The boundaries of Kincora are defined by 128 Avenue NW in the north, Highway 772 in the east, Stoney Trail in the south, and the Shaganappi Trail in the west.
Kincora Neighbourhood Amenities

Life is just a little more magical living in this community and you may just sense the difference when you drive into the neighbourhood to see a home for sale.
