The Southview neighbourhood was established in 1950 and just like nearby Forest Lawn and Radisson Heights, it has the curvy streets that were the trend back in the 1950’s. Southview real estate was the most recently developed into a neighbourhood out of all three in the Greater Forest Lawn area, with the development of the other two starting much earlier in 1910.
